Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Chief Commissioner may, on application by a media organisation under section 237, authorise the media organisation to be given agency photographs.
(2) An authorisation under subsection (1) remains in force until revoked by the Chief Commissioner or surrendered by the media organisation to whom it is given.
(3) An authorisation under subsection (1)—
(a) must be in writing; and
(b) is subject to any conditions specified in the authorisation.
