VICTORIA POLICE ACT 2013 - SECT 257
Obtaining appointment as police officer or protective services officer by false representations or documents
A person must not obtain or attempt to obtain appointment as a police officer
or protective services officer by making a false representation or using a
false document.
Penalty: 60 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months or
both.
