VICTORIA POLICE ACT 2013 - SECT 94

S. 94 amended by No. 59/2015 s. 6 (ILA s. 39B(1)).

    (1)             This Division applies to members of Victoria Police personnel who are rostered on, other than Victoria Police employees.

    (2)     Despite subsection (1), this Division applies to police custody officer supervisors and police custody officers.
