Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Foundation, by instrument, may delegate to the chairperson, a member of the Board, the chief executive officer or a member of staff any of the Foundation's functions, powers or duties under this Act other than this power of delegation.
(2) The chief executive officer, by instrument, may delegate to a member of staff of the Foundation any of the chief executive officer's powers, functions or duties under section 17(2).
