Victorian Current Acts

VICTORIA UNIVERSITY ACT 2010 - SECT 70

On and from the commencement date, in any Act (other than this Act), or in any subordinate instrument made under any Act or in any other document of any kind, unless the context otherwise requires—

        (a)     a reference to the Victoria University of Technology Act 1990 is to be construed
as a reference to the Victoria University Act 2010 ; and

        (b)     a reference to the Council constituted under the old Act is to be construed as a reference to the Council constituted under section 8; and

        (c)     a reference to statutes of the University or regulations of the University made under the old Act is to be construed as a reference, as the case requires, to—

              (i)     the university statutes; or

              (ii)     the university regulations.
