Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Section 19(1A) as inserted by section 12 of the Asbestos Diseases Compensation Act 2008 applies in respect of any action brought under this Part before or after the commencement of that section 12.
(2) However subsection (1) does not apply to an
action if damages were awarded or a settlement was reached in that action
before the commencement of section 12 of the
Asbestos Diseases Compensation Act 2008 .
