WILDLIFE ACT 1975 - LONG TITLE

An Act to re-enact with amendments the provisions of the Game Act 1958 and sections 9 and 10 of the Protection of Animals Act 1966 .

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Victoria in this present Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows (that is to say):
