Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf any appointed land of a Traditional Owner Land Management Board constitutes the whole or any part of a State Wildlife Reserve or Nature Reserve under this Act, the person responsible for the management of that appointed land under this Act must ensure that the land is managed in a way that is not inconsistent with any joint management plan for the land.
