WILDLIFE ACT 1975 - SECT 28C

Duration and renewal of authorisation

    (1)     An authorisation, unless sooner cancelled or suspended, continues in force for that period, not exceeding 3 years, that is specified in the authorisation.

    (2)     An authorisation may be renewed.
