Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Where the Secretary has made a limited permit area determination for an area specifying the number of whale swim tour permits that may be in force in respect of the area, the Secretary must not grant such a number of whale swim tour permits for the area that the maximum number of permits that may be in force in the area is exceeded.
(2) The Secretary must not grant a whale swim tour permit for a limited permit area for such permits unless the Secretary is satisfied that the applicant satisfies the criteria specified in the notice under section 83GC for that area.
