WATER ACT 1989 - SECT 159

A prescribed person must, in relation to the disposition of any land, give notice—

        (a)     in a prescribed form containing prescribed particulars; and

        (b)     to each prescribed person; and

        (c)     within a prescribed period.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
