Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe Authority or council responsible for implementing a water management scheme approved under section 216 may apply to the Tribunal under Division 2 of Part 2 for an Order with respect to the removal or modification of any works that—
(a) cause a flow of water which is not reasonable, or interfere with a reasonable flow; and
(b) are identified in that scheme—
whether or not the Authority or council owns the land on which those works are situated.
