WATER ACT 1989 - SECT 347

Definitions

In this Part—

"old standing direction" means a standing direction (within the meaning of this Act as in force before the commencement of section 9 of the 2021 Act) that was in force immediately before that commencement;

2021 Act means the Water and Catchment Legislation Amendment Act 2021 .
