Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsOn the commencement of section 6 of the 2021 Act, any area in a declared water system that was, immediately before that commencement, declared as a zone in that system under rules made under section 33AZ, 47E, 48P or 64AZ is taken to be declared as a water system zone for that water system under section 6B.
