Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister may convert a water share or licence under section 51 that is held by an Authority to a bulk entitlement under this Division held by that Authority, on receiving an application from the Authority under section 47C.
(2) In considering an application under section 47C, the Minister must have regard to any matter referred to in section 40(1)(a) to (o).
