Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to this section, the Minister may convert a water share or licence under section 51 that is held by the Water Holder to an environmental entitlement under this Division on receiving an application from the Water Holder under section 48OE.
(2) In considering an application for conversion under section 48OE, the Minister may have regard to any matter referred to in section 40(1)(a) to (o).
