WATER ACT 1989 - SECT 48PA

An application to the Minister under this Division—

        (a)     must be in the form and made in the manner approved by the Minister; and

S. 48PA(ab) inserted by No. 50/2010 s. 21(b).

        (ab)     must contain any information that is required by the Minister; and

        (b)     must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
