WATER ACT 1989 - SECT 64AF

Offence to fail to comply with licence condition

The holder of a water-use licence must comply with the conditions imposed on the licence in accordance with Division 4 or Division 5 to the extent that the conditions are not void under section 64AE.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.
