Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsOn receiving an application for a water-use licence, if the Minister is of the opinion that the application does not meet the relevant standard water-use conditions, but may meet the relevant water-use objectives, the Minister must refer the application to the Catchment Management Authority responsible for managing the catchment in which the land that is to be specified in the licence is situated, without delay.
