Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf a person has failed to comply with a direction under this Division, the Minister may apply to a court for an injunction to secure compliance with the direction or any provision of this Act or the regulations or the conditions of any licence issued or granted under this Act that is specified in the direction.
