WESTPAC AND BANK OF MELBOURNE (CHALLENGE BANK) ACT 1996 - SECT 4
Act to bind Crown
This Act binds the Crown in right of Victoria and, so far as the legislative
power of the Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
