Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsAny amount payable to the Authority under this Part as in force on and from the appointed day or to the Treasurer under this Part as in force before the appointed day may be recovered by the Authority as a civil debt recoverable summarily in any court of competent jurisdiction.
