Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to this Act compensation under this Act (including a weekly payment or sum paid by way of redemption thereof) shall be absolutely inalienable whether by way or in consequence of sale assignment charge execution insolvency [5] attachment legal process or by operation of law or otherwise howsoever nor shall any claim be set off against the same.
