Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf it is proved that the injury to a worker is attributable to his serious and wilful misconduct (including being under the influence of intoxicating liquor) any compensation claimed in respect of that injury shall unless the injury results in death or serious and permanent disablement be disallowed and if it is proved that the injury to a worker was deliberately self-inflicted no compensation shall be payable under this Act.
