Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf, immediately before the relevant date, proceedings relating to former Melbourne Water property (including arbitration proceedings) to which Melbourne Water Corporation or a company licensee was a party were pending or existing in any court or tribunal, then, on and after that date, the transferee is substituted for Melbourne Water Corporation or the company licensee as a party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as Melbourne Water Corporation or the company licensee had.
