Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsDespite the commencement of section 12 of the Water Industry (Amendment) Act 2000 , any licence granted under section 135A of this Act, and in force immediately before that commencement, continues in force on and from that commencement and section 135A, as in force immediately before that commencement, continues to apply to any such licence until the licence expires or is cancelled (whichever is the earlier).
