WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 291

S. 291(1) amended by No. 73/2016 s. 21(3)(10).

    (1)     ACCS may request a party who participates in a conciliation to—

        (a)     produce a document or a class of documents specified; or

        (b)     provide information or information of a kind specified—

that ACCS considers may be relevant to the resolution of the dispute.

    (2)     ACCS has discretion to make any documents or information provided under subsection (1) available to any other party.
