WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 427

Application of Part if non-WorkCover employer ceases to be a non-WorkCover employer

This Part continues to apply until the end of the liability period in respect of the tail claims of a non-WorkCover employer who ceases to be a non-WorkCover employer and becomes—

        (a)     a registered employer; or

        (b)     a self-insurer; or

        (c)     an eligible subsidiary of a self-insurer.
