(1) An appeal to the Supreme Court against a determination of the Authority referred to in section 478 is to be heard de novo and the Court may—
(a) by order confirm the reviewable amount; or
(b) adjust the reviewable amount in accordance with this Part; or
(c) vary the determination; or
(d) make any other order it thinks fit.
(2) The costs of the appeal are in the discretion of the Supreme Court.
