WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 503

    (1)     The Board is to consist of not more than 8 Directors appointed by the Governor in Council on the nomination of the Minister.

    (2)     The Chief Executive Officer is ineligible to be appointed as a Director.
