WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 536C

    (1)     Each year, on or before the date specified by the Minister, ACCS must submit to the Minister a proposed annual budget for its operations for the coming financial year.

    (2)     The Minister must either approve the proposed budget or request that the proposed budget be amended.
