WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 536E

Signature

    (1)     Any document or copy of a document issuing out of the office of ACCS and bearing the written, stamped or printed signature of—

        (a)     a Conciliation Officer; or

        (ab)     an Arbitration Officer; or

S. 536E(1)(b) amended by No. 15/2021 s. 45(1)(b).

        (b)     a person authorised by ACCS or the Chief Executive Officer—

is, until the contrary is proved, deemed to have been duly signed by the person by whom it purports to have been signed.

    (2)     Judicial notice is to be taken of every signature referred to in subsection (1) and of the fact that the person whose signature it purports to be holds or has held the office of Conciliation Officer or Arbitration Officer (as the case requires) or is or has been a person authorised by ACCS or the Chief Executive Officer.
