WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 64

    (1)     For the purposes of assessing the degree of psychiatric impairment, the A.M.A Guides apply—

        (a)     subject to any regulations made for the purposes of this section; and

        (b)     as if, for Chapter 14 of those Guides, there were substituted the guidelines entitled "The Guide to the Evaluation of Psychiatric Impairment for Clinicians" in force under section 67.

    (2)     To avoid doubt, the definition of mental injury does not apply for the purposes of assessing the degree of psychiatric impairment.
