WITNESS PROTECTION ACT 1991 - SECT 20M
Chief Commissioner to have regard to recommendations and reports of the Public Interest Monitor
In making a relevant decision, the Chief Commissioner must have regard to any
recommendation or report of the Public Interest Monitor given to the
Chief Commissioner under section 20J(1)(a) in respect of the relevant
decision.
