WITNESS PROTECTION ACT 1991 - SECT 3C

Special commercial arrangements by Chief Commissioner

The Chief Commissioner may make commercial arrangements with a person under which a witness or a member of the family of a witness is able to obtain a benefit under a contract or arrangement without revealing his or her former identity.
