WITNESS PROTECTION ACT 1991 - SECT 9S

Options for protection and assistance may be considered simultaneously

Nothing in this Act prevents the Chief Commissioner from considering simultaneously whether to include a witness in the Victorian witness protection program and whether to provide alternative protection arrangements to the witness.
