Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsNotwithstanding anything contained in the Crown grant of the said park the construction of the roadway hereinbefore referred to shall not be deemed to be a breach of the terms and conditions of the Crown grant vesting the said park in the said Board and the said Mayor Aldermen Councillors and Citizens; and the right and title of the said Board and the said Mayor Aldermen Councillors and Citizens to the said park shall not in any way be prejudiced or affected by reason of the construction of such roadway.
