YARRA RIVER PROTECTION (WILIP-GIN BIRRARUNG MURRON) ACT 2017 - SECT 53

    (1)     The office of member of the Council becomes vacant if the member—

        (a)     resigns from office; or

        (b)     is removed from office under section 52(2).

    (2)     In accordance with this Act, the Minister may fill a vacant office.
