ZERO AND LOW EMISSION VEHICLE DISTANCE-BASED CHARGE ACT 2021 - SECT 58

    (1)     The ZLEV charge and any interest payable under Part 2 are debts due to the State.

    (2)     An amount of the ZLEV charge and any interest payable under Part 2 that are not paid by the date for payment may be recovered by the Secretary, on behalf of the State, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
