ZOOLOGICAL PARKS AND GARDENS ACT 1995 - SECT 11

General powers of the Board

    (1)     The Board may do anything necessary or convenient to enable it to carry out its functions.

    (2)     The Board's other powers under this Act do not limit the general powers conferred by this section.
