Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) During the race period, an authorised person or a police officer may direct a person who is in the declared area or a designated access area to leave the declared area or designated access area if the authorised person or police officer believes on reasonable grounds that the person is causing unreasonable disruption to—
(a) spectators; or
(b) persons who are officiating at any race, event or activity comprising a Formula One event; or
(c) persons who are employed or contracted by the Corporation.
(2) A person must without delay comply with a direction under subregulation (1).
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
