ABORIGINAL HERITAGE REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 54

Stone exploration

    (1)     Stone exploration is a high impact activity if it would result in significant ground disturbance.

    (2)     In this regulation, stone exploration has the same meaning as in the VPP.
