ADOPTION REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 32

    (1)     For the purposes of section 92(2) of the Act, the prescribed form is Form 18 of Schedule 1.

    (2)     For the purposes of section 92(3) of the Act, the prescribed form is Form 19 of Schedule 1.
