Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) If an authority issued under these Regulations is lost, stolen or damaged, the person to whom the authority was issued may apply for a replacement authority to the Board which issued the authority.
(2) A Board of an alpine resort may determine a fee that is payable to it by a person to make an application under subregulation (1).
(3) A fee determined by a Board under subregulation (2) must not exceed 2·43 fee units.
