ACCIDENT TOWING SERVICES REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 30

Appointment of chief allocation officer and allocation officer

Reg. 30(1) amended by S.R. No. 148/2019 reg. 4(Sch. 1 item 19).

    (1)     The Secretary, on the nomination in writing of an allocation body, may appoint a person or the occupier of an office or position to be the chief allocation officer for that allocation body.

    (2)     The Secretary, on the nomination in writing of an allocation body, may appoint a person or the occupier of an office or position to be an allocation officer for that allocation body.
