Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) If an application is made for a building permit for the construction of a building, the relevant building surveyor may require a report from the relevant electricity supply authority as to whether an electricity substation is necessary on the allotment and, if so, the size and location of the substation.
(2) This regulation does not apply to the construction of a Class 1 or 10 building.
