BUILDING REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 252

The Authority must keep—

Reg. 252(a) substituted by S.R. No. 128/2021 reg. 19(1).

        (a)     all documents considered by the Committee in relation to an accreditation under Division 3, including any renewal or variation of the accreditation, until the accreditation expires or is revoked, whichever occurs earlier; and

Reg. 252(b) amended by S.R. No. 128/2021 reg. 19(2).

        (b)     copies of all certificates of accreditation issued by the Committee.
