BUILDING REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 255

The prescribed information for the purposes of section 171G(2)(c) of the Act is—

        (a)     the name of the registered person; and

        (b)     the registration number of the registered person; and

        (c)     the category and class of registration; and

        (d)     any condition that applies to the registration; and

        (e)     the commencement date of the registration; and

        (f)     the expiry date of the registration.
