Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsA person who is registered under section 171(1)(a) of the Act in a class of building surveyor set out in Column 2 of the Table in Schedule 10 is authorised to carry out the work set out in Column 3 of that Table corresponding to that class of building surveyor and, for the purposes of section 169D(1) of the Act, that work is of a prescribed kind.
