BUILDING REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 281D

The Authority is exempted from the requirements under section 205I(1)(b) and (2)(b) of the Act in relation to a building permit levy payable under section 205G(2A) of the Act for building work that is subject to an exemption under regulation 281B.
